Lies. All-consuming lies. We all believe them, but the question is why? Throughout our days our minds are filled with doubts and disbelief. “Can God really use me?” or “I’m not good enough” are some of the thoughts that go through my mind on a daily basis. Honestly, you could just fill in the blank on that last one. “I’m not ___ enough”. (smart, talented, etc.) The point is that its not true. God made you and he made me, and we are enough. We are all created in His image and with Christ we are enough. Many of us run from what God’s calling us to do simply because we don’t believe we can…I mean no one would want to use a messed-up sinner like me, right? WRONG. God can always use you, and he always will, if you just stop believing the lies and let Him. There are countless stories in The Bible of people who aren’t “enough”; yet, God uses them anyway because He has a plan with a higher purpose than whatever is holding you and I back.

“Moses said to the Lord, “Pardon your servant, Lord. I have never been eloquent, neither in the past nor since you have spoken to your servant. I am slow of speech and tongue.” The Lord said to him, “Who gave human beings their mouths? Who makes them deaf or mute? Who gives them sight or makes them blind? Is it not I, the Lord? Now go; I will help you speak and will teach you what to say.” (Exodus 4:10-11)

Y’all, God can use us wherever we are at. He can and will work through us to show His glory and grace to everyone around us, because we are enough. We are all enough through Him.
